Hello! I am a recent student of psychology, nutrition, and health and wellness coach. I am a single mother of two and work hard to understand their development and needs. One of them is in school and they are enjoying the experience. I enjoy being outside as much as possible, from the simple activities of my kids playing at the playground to finding new hikes that are family friendly.
