Hi ..... I just have some time to spare these days and thouught why not give this a try. I am from Nepal so if anyone is planning on comming here for trekking or adventure tourisim I'd be happy to recommend any tips for the trip. For foriegners i would say Nepal is pretty cheap to explore and have fun from forests to the himalayas.
