Stephen Irrahatek Foreman (originally named, Steve Isaiah Foreman III an American Artist). At about the age of 3 or 4 years old, I was looking at artwork in a large bible which my parents kept on the coffee table in our living room at 1414 North 24th Street, Richmond, Virginia, I saw Fine Artwork created by the great Master Artist.
