I am a serial Entrepreneur who loves learning new things and pursuing life and business adventures. During Covid I sold my food truck business as well as left a Managing Sales job of over 100 people that I was at for 15 years to pursue my love of Nutrition and Fitness. I know all about life's success and failures and am always thrilled to help and chat with like minded individuals just starting out or far into their life's journey. Currently I own a business around Holistic health and love helping people gain knowledge and understanding about their health. My approach is not just one area but rather a combination and delicate balance of Mind, Body and spirit. I am currently Single living with my 10lb Yorkie Dixie who I adore. I have much relationship both long and short term under my belt and am happy to part my Experiences (possibly wisdom) of life on others. I have bene fortunate enough to accomplish experience many things in my life and am always looking forward to the next adventure.
