Monica: A Joyful Witness and Companion Monica is a Pastor, artist, and mentor who has committed her life to spreading the love of Jesus and being a friend to all. She was born in California and grew up in several homes all which taught and instilled in her the values of kindness and generosity. She received Christ as her personal Lord and Savior at the age of 19, and felt a calling to help others find peace and hope at the same time. Monica has always had a passion for listening and creating. She also leads a women’s ministry at her church, where she mentors young ladies and organizes retreats and workshops. In 2014, Monica married her best friend, Sheldon, who is the Senior Pastor of their church. They have four children, who are their pride and joy. Monica loves spending time with her family and friends, reading books, playing games, and traveling. She is always ready to share her testimony and her smile with anyone who crosses her path. Monica is a great listener.
