Hello Cyber Friends, my name is Titi Akinola. I am a Human Resource Management (HRM) Practitioner and the Founder , Lead Baker and Sugar Craft Artist at Bakerlicious,( a ProHire & Craft Company). As an HRM practitioner ,I am responsible for the human resource and administrative function for my current employer , managing the relationship between the management and the entire workforce. I have worked in this role growing through the ranks for the past 17 years learning, adding value and forming wonderful working relationships with my internal and external clients. Bakerlicious is a Baked Confection, Sugar Craft, Food and Beverage Company. As a child, I loved pastries, just the way it was made in my family - Moist, fluffy and yummy. I learnt how to make them and I shared with my loved ones. People were willing to pay for them so I made it a home based business working out of my kitchen. I am looking forward to making new friends and have meaningful conversations that would encourage my cyber friends to express themselves and lift their moods.
