I like being around people, you know, just connecting and stuff. It feels good to listen when they talk about their day or whatever is going on. I try to offer some encouragement, like telling them they can do it, and that moral support part comes pretty naturally I guess. Sometimes I celebrate their wins with them, sharing in the happiness. That makes me smile too. I value how it helps others.
