My passion is cooking and travel. I travel extensively and always seek adventure. My trekking include West coast trail, Manchu Pichu, Kilimanjaro, Table Mt., Tonganoxie alpine crossing, Annapurna trek and the Adirondack to name a few. I traveled to 6 continents rafted the Zambezi River, jumped out of planes and bungy in NZ. My travel style is to embed myself with the local culture and cuisine.
