I am a business owner and a sports enthusiast (I play badminton 3-4x a week) and at 39, I think I'm living a pretty active lifestyle. I enjoy socializing while also enjoying time alone so don't ever feel bad about being alone. I travel a lot as well - with groups, with friends, and also on my own.
