In a world full of personalities, I truly am a rare gem of love brightly shining with authenticity, compassion and resilience. Traveling is like the air that I breathe and music truly is my life. I am known by many as Retha Your Transparency Coach, but also known as the woman who others live vicariously through. I love being an experimental chef creating new recipes and ways to eat well while inspiring others and sharing them with family & friends. I also started painting in 2014, and recently decided to dust off my brushes and get back to laying strokes of color on the canvas.
