I’m a quirky, fun loving ambivert who is always laughing. I attended college for culinary arts, I’ve since moved away from cooking in commercial kitchens to pursue being a life holistic coach but I love to spend time experimenting in the kitchen at home. I also love to hula hoop, do yoga, ballet, and travel. I have three kids who give me a run for my money daily and keep me on my toes.
