Walter Eric Mbayi is the Founder and CEO at Hughes and Stratton Consulting a global capacity building, research and business leveraging firm that helps governments, private companies, organizations and individuals realize their full potential. Before devoting his work fulltime at Hughes and Stratton Consulting, Walter worked extensively in the Horn of Africa as a Knowledge and Learning Management Specialist in various learning institutions. More recently, Walter was instrumental in developing the safe return to school guidelines for the African Committee of Experts on the Rights and Welfare of Children ACERWC for the 55 AU member states that were applied during and after the COVID 19 pandemic. He currently consults for Loving World Inc. and Loving Classroom Charity UK an organization keen on building a peaceful and loving world through teaching values in schools all over the world. Walter has published ESL/EFL Guidelines for Universities among many other papers and essays on various topics. He is currently working on a book that looks into value systems and their effect on humanity drawing heavily on the biblical perspective. In addition to being a consultant and writer, Walter is a researcher, thinker and a political commentator with a bias in social democracy
