Talking to someone makes them feel better ' but listening to someone makes them feel secured. Sympathy everyone may have it, but empathy only few people have. We have to create a strong personality that consists of connecting with people's unbalanced and unstable feelings and give them our full attention by giving them the space to vent themselves and discharge what heavy their chests.
