Listening is a skill, Im a person of people, I pay attention to detail , i know how it feels to be alone hence why I'm good at listening to people and nothing feels better than putting a smile on someone's face at the end of the day, we go through a lot as people but sharing or communicating about certain stuff can be releasing and it's good for a better health.
