Hola! I am Jenny, I live off grid in a small village in Ontario, Canada as I build my Off Grid Micro Resort. I am a Chef by trade so if you need cooking advice, I would love to share my favorite tips with you. I enjoy travel and meeting people from around the world. I love to be outdoors in all the seasons. I have a beautiful side kick, Luna. She is my 10 month old husky puppy!
