For the past two years I've been suffering from major anxiety and depression. As a girl from a typical African family we are never taught to share problems with strangers so seeking help from a therapist was out of question. As I began to open up to people I learnt that I am perfect just as I am. I don't need to people please, its ok to make mistakes and my happiness should always come first))
