I'm a a Colobiam based in the UK. I am bilingual, with a Bachelor's degree in Teaching English and Spanish. In the UK I turn to health and have worked as a Personal Trainer and Coach with knowledge in nutrition, supplementation, chronic pain and mental health (I am a qualified Hypnotherapy practitioner as well) I am a recovered Bulimic and I love sharing my story to inspire people to become trauma and addiction. I have also worked in the fields of medicinal Cannabis and medicinal mushrooms for optimal health. I love animals, travelling, music and I love talking to people, getting to know their story, make them feel that they matter and share life experiences when they need to.
