Hi, I’m Remy, Im a Californian currently living in the Asia. I’m an artist, painter, textile designer, golf and tennis enthusiast. My life experience has gifted me the opportunity to be in a married relationship of 16 years, mother of two and seen the hardship and trauma of failure and healing of that relationship. Taking the time to discover mindfulness, meditation and learn the different modalities of healing, self-love and healthy boundaries, I hold a grounded and loving space for you to share your own life journey with mirrored empathy and compassion. I am your soft place to land in times of doubt, worry and despair. As an artist, I have a deep love for creativity and exploring how the creative process can heal trauma and open energy portals in the body that lead to our higher selves.
