I was raised to live by the Golden rule. I find it so sad how cold and isolated everyone is in this new technology age. Technology was supposed to bring people around the world closer together and yet it feels like we are further apart than ever. Some say because it's far too easy to carry on without ever leaving one's home but I think it's because people think they can be as mean as they would like without ever having to be held accountable. I refuse to give in to senseless cruelty. I want people that desire a supportive friend and a sympathetic ear to get just that.
