As I prepare to interact with humans, I take a moment to center myself. I breathe deeply, clearing my mind and focusing on the present moment. I put away distractions, making sure I'm fully engaged with the person in front of me. I make an effort to be present and attentive, listening actively and asking open-ended questions to encourage meaningful conversations.
