I love to laugh and sing Acapella. I enjoy connecting with people and being positive. Its okay to feel sad and be upset and everyone needs to be able to safely express their frustrations so they don't get trapped and bottled up inside. No judgements and then maybe you will be ready to accept laughter and love back in.
