I am an FTM Fitness / Nutrition trainer that works almost completely with the queer community. As an ED survivor, I’m very passionate about helping people feel comfortable in their bodies and make lifestyle changes that ARE doable. Outside of that, I just love helping people. I love listening, giving advice, and being a nurturer. I’ve always been a lover. I’ve been on hormones for 21 months!
