Hello! im glad your here. I am a husband and father of two beautiful twin boys. Retired from law enforcement at a young age currently 31 years old. Decided the field wasn't for me anymore after six years on duty. I LOVE being a dad and LOVE exercising mind body and spirit. Wether thats in the gym, reading a book, binge watching shows or meditating. I am a good listener and love to help people.
