I'm a newly retired high school teacher who grew up in the Bay Area. I attended Stanford University and UW-Madison. I taught biology and anatomy/physiology for 35+ years. I have been married and divorced and have raised two children. I've done some traveling and am currently in a long-distance relationship. I am interested in exercise, cooking, and healthy eating.
