I enjoy conversations that have some real texture to them — where someone’s working through a problem, building something, or figuring out what they think about a topic. I like digging into specifics rather than staying abstract: the actual numbers in a business plan, the actual wording in a tricky email, the actual reasons a design choice works or doesn’t.
