Hello I am Maria, warm, friendly and a good listener. Through my own life's experiences and challenges I have grown to have deeper compassion for others and where each might be in their own journey. I teach Restorative Yoga and share various therapies. I love the outdoors, nature, animals, hiking, swimming, camping; and I enjoy dancing (especially ballroom/ Latin American) and reading books.
