I have lived a wonderful life, full or joy and of sorrow. I have traveled this planet, raised two beautiful daughters. Raised in an Asian household I was taught respect, honor, loyalty and how to work hard to achieve your goals. My interests/skillsets range from mixed martial arts, race car driving, traveling, flying small planes, water/snow skiing, cooking, bicycling, triathlons, personal training, scuba diving, and staying very fit at my age. I have taught Buddhism and meditation, and I am a spiritual person. I love discussing the 'philosophy' of life. We are at this very moment the sum of our life's path. And we have the ability to change our minds! I am a very good listener, and focus on the core of what I hear. I will share with you honest and unbias advise and wisdom.
