Hi there! My name is Mikko and I'm from Finland, the happiest country in the world seven years running. Nearly 58 years young, quite extrovert guy with a gentle heart and ample empathy. I have a MA in history and a work history in research, university project management and entrepreneurship. Normally quite upbeat, I have also had my share of hardship and thus understand all life histories. I'm divorced with two adult kids, a daughter and a son, both at the university at the moment. I'm living with my girlfriend, Pia, in Espoo, the second largest city in Finland, on the southern coast just next to Helsinki, our Capital. I'm passionate about history, have ample knowledge and understanding of cultures and societies - really, a quite complete package of general knowledge including two years residency in the US studying American studies in graduate level... My other interests include music, longbow archery and motorbiking. I am looking forward communicating with people across the world! I
