At the young age of 42 I have taken life's best shots but, I have gotten up EVERY time. From childhood trauma, addiction, social anxiety, depression, relationships, career life, incarceration and the list goes on. Today I have an inner peace that words can't describe, you must experience it for yourself. Simple things that I thought I would never enjoy again have once again become who I am. Things like sports, movies, music, nature watching, art, and the list goes on. I would love to tell you my story and listen to yours as well and together we can find your path to that same inner peace.
