I’m an avid reader, with a new found passion for historical fiction (Women, by Kristin Hannah), I’m the mother to two adult children, a pediatric gastroenterology nurse, love to hike. I recently had weight loss surgery after losing my thyroid to cancer and not being able to control all the weight gain. I have a passion for anything nutrition, especially plant-based foods.
