Hey everyone! I'm your average Joe. Oftentimes I'll find myself reading or playing a game. Xbox is mainly what I'm on. Do you like those? Lets chat! I also have a few other hobbies but a big one is working out. If your new and don't know where to start I might be able to help. I'm not a professional by any means but let's get you in the best shape you can be with our limited time. I can provide workouts and some knowledge about each individual lift we go over.
