Art, music and nature are the pillars of who I am and where my passions lie. I love having deep chats that go beyond the surface level of day to day interactions. I have a lot of experience with mental health, spirituality and about how to connect more with yourself. I want to use what I know to hold gentle space, share experiences and help others the best way that I can.
