I am a very calm person talking is not one of my strength but once I get comfortable trust me I can talk all day, and yes listening is where I have my power. I listen because I want to understand you and have a clear view of what you are saying then I imagine myself to be in your shoes, of course I can never fully understand exactly how it hurt but I can make it as less painful as possible
