Hi buddy I'm John I live in my custom van name Mighty Grateful. I get to travel and sleep where I end up. I'm learning to surf, I'm not that good yet. I also hike and backpack in the mountains a lot. I am hands on and creative. I love making pyramid and tensor rings. I also practice Qigong it's some what similar to yoga. Meditation and breath work. And movements is my way back to flow.
