What makes conversations with me great is that I am genuinely interested in getting to know the person I am speaking with. I do not want a conversation to feel like an interview where one person asks questions and the other simply answers. I prefer a natural exchange where both people can talk, laugh, share opinions, and discover interesting things about each other.
