Hellooo!! I'm Airen, 20 from Norway. I used to be super duper shy, when I talked to people, whoever it may be, my hands got super sweaty and I could never be fully present where I was. Slowly over this year, I have really gotten out of my comfort zone! i practiced meditation and openly talked about why the world felt so scary. And it worked! it really worked! wii I'm open minded and optimistic :D
