Personally I have been through alot myself and I can not undermine what talking to people who have listened has helped me. In a space of about a year l lost a husband, father, and my only brother who was murdered as we were preparing for my father's burial. I buried my father and only brother in the same month. Talking to people who have listened has been therapeutic to me and has greatly me.
