Even before getting my undergrad in psychology, and moving on to life coaching after many life experiences after, I've been the ear that friends could count on. Some of my experiences include managing teams, developing people, becoming a certified hypnotist, bodyworker, and birth doula. I also love expressing myself through music, cooking, and storytelling.
