Have been doing missionary works since 1997-2020 in different countries, Africa and Asia. While doing charity work, I came to know cultures, behavior and how to deal with people in difficult times. Interacting with people and helping them to solve their issues is what motivated me to join the call center industry. I can speak English and Swahili. I have 2 years call center experience.
