I’m recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, and I had the chance to intern at a retail company. I mostly helped with customer service and sales. It was a hands-on experience that taught me a lot about what makes customers tick and how to meet their needs. At university, I also had a part-time job at the movie theater, where I learned how to upsell and keep track of profits.
