Just moved cross country from California to Pennsylvania all by myself to get into real estate investing. I love to paint all things sci-fi. I'm currently on Duo-lingo trying to learn German, and just exploring my new city, all the old architecture and great food! I have a 5 year old boy who I share custody with half of the year, and we are homeschooling. I suppose he's the highlight of my life!
