I am a 46 year old female with 3 adult kids and one 8 year old child. I raised my 3 kids by myself and have been through a lot. I always believe that life is never easy but you gotta go through it one day at a time. I am resilient and i learned to trust myself first before i can trust others. Loving myself first gave me peace and i want to spread it by helping.
