I am not overwhelmed by emotions, but I'm to resist impulses, honor promises made, usually remain calm and reasonable even when upset .. and do not lose my temper at waitresses or other drivers on the road. I do not become physically violent. and I am able to see someone else’s point of view even if they do not agree with it.
