I am a semi-retired social worker. I enjoy cooking especially Caribbean meals, traveling when possible, gardening, occasionally going to the casinos, working and advocating for individuals with special needs. I am health conscious. I exercise and tend to look for ways to continue to improve my health and explore traditional and non-traditional ways of maintaining good health.
