I’ve lived a somewhat difficult life. You name it, I’ve been through it. I suffered with severe anxiety for most of life. It showed as anger and the need to control things. Therapy and self-reflection have not been easy, but I’m proud of the person I am today and I enjoy helping others by sharing things I learned along my journey. I’m a great listener and I don’t pass judgement.
