My name is Robert, I am a great listener and I always try to put myself in people shoes to understand how they feel. I work at a group home with developmental disabilities. I love my job and with the individuals I work with I treat them like everybody else I talk to them as if they do not have a disability and treat them with respect. Everybody has their own struggle in this world.
