Hello, I work as a technical support representative. Because my job is mostly online or via phone call, I have learned to be extra sensitive about my callers' tone of voice, choice of words and sense of urgency. I have learned to read between the lines, and to be patient. As a person, I am really shy and an introvert. But I like helping people and am warm and friendly.
