I have lived all over the USA but I am an East Coast gal. I have two degrees. One in Culinary and a four year degree in Culinary management. I have owned a catering business, a towing business and a real estate business. I enjoy teaching the science behind what happens in a recipe. I have enjoyed street ministry in Phoenix and Charleston by taking food and hope to the lost and downhearted.
