Hi! I'm Ed 31 and outgoing, I started a Mental Health Charity and enjoy getting to know and opening up to new people as it helps to build confidence and identification. I don't take myself too seriously and like to have a laugh meeting new people. Whilst I have some challenges around anxiety and low moods I find that meeting new people and chatting about their lives helps me to feel more positive.
