My name is Jacob, am 30 yrs old, from Tanzania(East Africa). I train,signup up for races and run them, specifically 5KM and 10KM distances,my PB is 15min and 31min respectively. Also I take care for people living with HIV/AIDS,educating them about this Pandemic,giving them medications for proper managing the virus, under non Governmental organization(EGPAF)
